Wednesday:   Do the Chapter Review, 1-51 problems

Answer the following Test Prep Question:

 

Which of the following CANNOT be the lengths of the sides of a triangle?

  1. 1, 1, 1 b.  1, 2, 4         c.  1, 5, 5               d.  5, 6, 8

 

Wednesday:    Do odd problems 1-51 and problems 36 and 50 of the Chapter 1 Review on page 44-45.  This is critical homework that will be helpful as you prepare for the Chapter One Test. Please check your odd answers prior to class. We will go over any problems in class on Thursday to prepare for the test.

 

Answer the following problem:

The sum of the digits of a three-digit number is 12. If the hundreds digit is 3 times the tens digit and the tens digit is ½ the units digit, what is the tens digit of the number?
