Monday:         Chapter 2 Test 



Wednesday:   Lesson 3.1 – Do even problems 22-44 and all problems 45-53 (you may use your calculators on problems 48-53)

                        Lesson 3.2 – Do even problems 24-54, and problems 58-61


Check your stock price and record it on your stock sheet.  We will do the Biggest Winner/Biggest Loser contest in class Thursday.



Friday:           Lesson 3.3 – Do even problems 10-40, 50-56 (you may use your calculators on these problems), problems 64 and 65 are required for algebra students and are extra credit for pre-algebra.

                        Lesson 3.4, do even problems 18-42 and problems 44-46.



On your Thursday/Friday homework, please write the answers to the following questions.


When the positive integer n is divided by 5, the remainder is 0.  What is the remainder when 3n is divided by 5?

The sum of the positive odd integers less than 50 is subtracted from the sum of the positive even integers less than or equal to 50.  What is the resulting difference?
