Monday:         Quiz in class over 3.1-3.4

                        Lesson 3.7, do problems 11-23, 32-35, 45-46


Make sure that you bring graph paper to class on Thursday.  Any graphing homework will not be accepted unless it is completed on graph paper.




Wednesday:   Lesson 3.8, do problems 11-21, 23-31, 33-38

Do the Chapter 3 Review on page 190-192, problems 1-34

Check your stock price and record it on your stock sheet.  We will do the Biggest Winner/Biggest Loser contest in class Thursday.


There will be a quiz over 3.1-3.7 on Thursday.



Friday:           Quiz in class and chapter 3 review.  THERE WILL BE A CHAPTER 3 TEST in class on Monday.

Read pages 202-205 in your book, do problems 1-9.  Please use graph paper.


Complete the following test prep question:

                                The dimensions of a rectangular solid are 3 inches by 4 inches by 5 inches. The                               length of each edge of the solid is to be increased by 20%. What is the surface                               area, in square inches, of the new solid?


Parent Responsibility:

Please make sure that your student is showing his/her work on homework assignments.


To Bring to Class: 

                        Looseleaf notebook paper, pencil, colored pen (other than                                                          blue or black), math book, graph paper
