Monday:               Chapter 8 test AND read pages 503-506 and 511-513. Write down what you already knew before reading this information, what you learned after the reading, and what you need to learn.

 

Tuesday:              Lesson 9.1 do problems 24-47, 54-66, 69, 79-84

                              Record your stock portfolio prices on the stock sheet.

 

Wednesday:         Lesson 9.2, do problems 10-36, 45-54, 58-60

                              Read pages 518-520.  Write down what you already knew before reading this information, what you learned after the reading, and what you need to learn.

Thursday/

Friday:                 Lesson 9.3, do problems 1-10, 21-43, 52-57, 65, 66, 69-74

                              There will be a quiz Monday over 9.1 and 9.2

                       

Pre-Algebra Assignment Sheet

 

Monday:        Lesson 7-8, do problems 1-16, 1-23, 26-29.

Write down what you learned in this chapter.  Be as specific as you can. List any concepts that still need clarification, and write down any questions you have.  Reflect and share about what areas you feel most confident and what you think you need to earn a B or A on the upcoming Chapter 7 test.

There will be a chapter 7 quiz in class Tuesday.

 

Tuesday/

Wednesday:   Quiz in class.  Do problems 1-53 of the Chapter 7 Review (393-395)

                        Record your stock portfolio prices on the stock sheet.

 

Thursday:      Test in class

 

Friday:           Read pages 405-6, 409-11 and 415-17.  Write down what you already knew before reading this information, what you learned after the reading, and what you need to learn. Do problems 1-7 and 17-20 of Lesson 8-1.

 

Parent Responsibility:

Please make sure that your student is showing his/her work on homework assignments.

 

To Bring to Class: 

                        Looseleaf notebook paper, pencil, colored pen (other than blue or black), math book, graph paper.
