Monday:        Read Lesson 10.3, pages 590-2. Do odd problems 1-13, check answers and then do even problems 16-48, 49-52

Preview Lesson 10.4, do odd problems 1-13

There will be a quiz in class over 10.1-10.2

Tuesday/

Wednesday:   Quiz in class

Lesson 10.4 , do problems 25-56.  Preview Lesson 10.5 and write down what you learned and what you still don’t understand and then do problems 1-11 of 10.5

 

Record the stock prices of your portfolio. 

 

Thursday/     

Friday:           Lesson 10.5, do problems 12-46, 56-60. There will be a quiz when students return from spring break.

 

Pre-Algebra Assignment

 

Monday:        Lesson 9-3, do problems 1-13, 22, 28-33

Preview Lesson 9-4, try problems 1-5

Tuesday/

Wednesday:   Lesson 9-4, do problems 6-11, 16-18, 20-30.  Preview Lesson 9-5 and write down what you learned, what you still don’t understand, and then do problems 1-16 of 10-5.

                        There will be a quiz in class over 9-1 through 9-4.

Thursday/     

Friday:           Quiz in class.  Lesson 9-6, do problems 33-47.  Complete the Checkpoint Quiz (page 488), problems 1-6. Preview Lesson 9-6 and write the definitions for radius, diameter, circumference, chord, central angle, and formula for circumference of circle. Describe how to make a circle graph for the following student favorite foods:  25% Pizza, 30% Steak, 22% Tacos,

23% Sushi

 

Parent Responsibility:  Make sure student completes homework, uses graph paper for any graphing and shows work.
